Foreclosures can be a great stream of income for many. But if your not careful, you can be buying a "money trap". Go about it the right way...get an inspection first. Allot of times a foreclosure deal can come quick. Don't be tempted to rush in without having the home checked out first. Many foreclosed homes are left in need of not only cosmetic repair but also have many defects that can go unnoticed until the renovation. Some of these defects can cost thousands of dollars to repair.
